		CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACH CARLA MASSE is the Founder and President of Crossroads Life Coaching. She's a graduate of Erickson College International, an ICF accredited coach training program. Carla has acquired her Certified Professional Coach certificate, as well as her certified NLP, (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner certificate. Carla has an entrepreneurial instinct that has enabled her to operate two other successful businesses. She has mastered skills in organization, scheduling, money management, book keeping, interpersonal skills, leadership skills managing employees, billing, inventory control, cold calls, and public speaking. PERSONAL GROWTH & EXPERIENCE

Carla Masse has had a passion for personal growth most of her life and had personal counseling for more than ten years. She has completed courses such as assertive communication for women, self empowerment, self- discipline and emotional control, ISI - Integrated Systems of Intellect, and "The Pursuit of Excellence Series" (The Wall) by context.

Carla has become passionate to support, inspire and empower others to their full potential. Her experiences have given her an intuitive understanding of others feelings. Most people are apt to appreciate her sensitivity, compassion, warmth and affection, as well as her sense of humor and charm.
