Emotional intensity may have affected your attitude and behavior in ways that are distressing both to you and those around you. Exploring what emotions mean, will help you gain new perspectives. Discover what your inner feelings are telling you with the Identifying Emotions lesson. Learn what to do when those emotions arise.
Values, that is, what is important to you, and what ideals you live by, will also give you new perspectives. Realizing your true values, and learning the character of who you are, will give you the most fulfilling form of expressing and relating.
Whether you are currently in a relationship with someone, or you are looking for a relationship, becoming clear on what kind of a partner you want, and knowing who you need to be, will be most beneficial. In the Relationships exercise you will clarify what you must have in a relationship and who you must be to attract that ideal partner or enhance your current union.
